Theta waves
Theta waves are the realm of medicine people also and where they do most of their work. Some people struggle for a lifetime to be able to put themselves into theta at will. Be glad you have that access so open. Functioning in this physical life while in theta is totally possible. You do have to watch out for distractions though.
