I like the "pants diet" - that's how I can tell if I am losing weight, also - I don't have a scale at home anymore, weigh myself once a month at my doctor's office - but I can tell how I am doing by how my pants fit. I just bought some new pants - one size smaller! Now, to keep them fitting! Not easy for me in the winter when I am cold and stressed out. Exercise is the key for me, too - but I don't feel like it many days, cuz my arthritis hurts when it's cold - fish oil (5 Tbls a day!) is helping - also, putting on music and dancing helps both the body and the soul - keep taking such good care of yourself, and know that I love you.
